What we collect
When you sign up for updates: your email address, your answer to the currency question if you give one, and when you agreed to receive emails. To stop the form being abused, we also keep a one-way hash of your internet address for two days. We do not ask for your company's name, its UEN or anything from its books.
Why
To tell you when one.bot has room for more companies, and what has changed during the beta. Nothing else. We don't share or sell your address.
Where
On Amazon Web Services in Singapore (ap-southeast-1). Mail is sent through Amazon's email service from the same region.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never click the confirmation link, we never write to you again.
Leaving, and your data
Every mail has a link to leave the list. To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, write to hello@theone.bot, our contact for data protection requests under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
